Tricia Ferguson, Director of Human Resources and Administration
With more than 18 years of human resource experience, Tricia Ferguson, PHR has been involved in managing workers’ compensation benefits, employee relations, payroll, and recruiting. Ferguson currently serves as president of the Central Florida Human Resource Association (CFHRA) and is active in other professional organizations. She is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is involved in the HR Florida State Council. Ferguson is also an authorized trainer of OSHA 10- and 30-hour classes and developed her own training program, called S.M.I.L.E. (Smart Managers Influence by Leading Employees) which encompasses time management, business ethics, sexual harassment, performance management and interview skills.
