Chris Barde, Director of Business Development
Drawing on his background in medical sales, Christopher Barde directs the company’s new business efforts. He joined the company in 2003 and has helped drive its growth from $1.5 million in sales to more than $15 million. Previous sales positions were with ViaCord, a Boston-based umbilical cord blood bank and research firm, and Move.com in San Francisco. Barde started his career with AFx Inc., a surgical device manufacturer. He holds two bachelor’s degrees in liberal studies and in communicative disorders/speech therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif. and conducted graduate studies in educational technology at the University of San Francisco.
